Important 392 Lift Height Notes:
- 392 Xr models come equipped from the factory with a 1.5" lift, while standard 392 models come equipped with a 2" lift.
- The recommended tire sizes mentioned above still stand; however, see notes below for the amount of height gained for both versions:
- 1.5" Lift: Will net approximately 1/2" of lift on an Xr, and approximately no net gain on a standard 392
- 2.5" Lift: Will net approximately 1.5" of lift on an Xr, and approximately 1" of lift on a standard 392
- 3.5" Lift: Will net approximately 2.5" of lift on an Xr, and approximately 2" of lift on a standard 392
*The amount of height gained can vary from vehicle to vehicle due to factors like vehicle weight or after-market accessories, so fitment notes are meant to act as a guideline rather than provide absolute values.
*Depending on actual lift height and vehicle setup, some applications may not be able to achieve the desired 5.5 Degree caster without upgrading the front lower control arms. Factory caster is approximately 4 Degree; anything much less may result in a light or vague steering feel.
