Gen 1 Lower A Arm 4130 Doubler Plates SDHQ Offroad

Add extra strength to your 2010-2014 (Gen1) Ford Raptor with our SDHQ Built Lower A-Arm Doubler Plates.

During heavy off-road use, the lower control pivot mounts are subject to damage. They can bend severely enough to knock the truck's alignment out of spec and cause poor handling.

In worst-case scenarios, lower control arm mounts have been completely ripped off of the Raptors. Adding these doubler plates from SDHQ to your lower control arm mounts will significantly increase the strength and reliability of these pivot points. This product is intended to be welded on.

• Fitment Note:If you plan on using the SPC alignment cams on your truck, the upgraded 10.9 metric hardware upgrade is required.
• Stock lower control arm hardware is not long enough and will not reach the locking portion of the nut. Shown With OEM Hardware

SPC UPGRADED ALIGNMENT CAMS - Optional but strongly reccomended

These all new Raptor alignment cam kits will now be available with eccentric grade 10.9 metric bolts! This means you will have a MUCH stronger lower control arm bolt that you will not need to torque to the same extreme torque specs as the stock bolts.

Over time these extreme torque specs can cause the bolts to stretch and weaken.

Our standard alignment cam kit will still be available for those trucks that see mild off-road use. But, for those that truly push your truck to it's limit, these are a great upgrade.
