Key Features:
- Compatibility: Designed for 2010-2021 Toyota Tundra models.
- Engineering Excellence: 3D CAD designed, engineered, and built in-house, showcasing the hallmark SDHQ quality, fit, and finish.
- Robust Construction: Made from 1/4″ thick mild steel, precision bent and MIG welded for exceptional strength and durability.
- Finish and Fit: The mount is powder-coated in matte black for a durable, long-lasting finish that integrates well with your vehicle’s aesthetics.
- Seamless Integration: Bolts directly into the frame, reinforcing bumper/frame horns without major alterations to your vehicle.
- Warn Zeon Compatibility: Ideally suited for Warn Zeon 10 and 10-S Platinum winches with wireless control, offering seamless operation and integration.
- Winch Dimensions Accommodation: Can house winches up to 26 inch x 7.15 inch x 8 inch in size.
- Control Box Relocation: Integrated solution for relocating the Zeon Control Box to address clearance issues.
- Complete Kit: Includes all necessary mounting hardware, manufactured in the USA.
Winch Fitment Specifics:
- The SDHQ Winch Mount is optimized for Warn Zeon 10 Platinum and Warn Zeon 10-S Platinum series winches, especially considering their wireless control feature.
- Manual clutch winches will require an additional device for free-spooling, given the inaccessibility of the winch’s clutch release in this setup.
Control Box Relocation Options:
- SDHQ Built Warn Control Pack Relocation Kit (Part : SDHQ-53-1660-G3-A): This optional kit provides all the necessary components for relocating the Warn Zeon series control box.
- DIY Option: While relocation is feasible without the kit, the user would need to source appropriate wires and hardware independently.
- This Winch Mount is an excellent choice for Tundra owners looking to equip their trucks with a reliable recovery system without altering the vehicle’s front profile drastically.
