This adapter kit provides a strong and precise solution for converting a factory Utv steering rack to a custom 5/8 inch heim-joint tie-rod system. The heavy-duty clevis design supports the heim joint from both sides, while the high-tensile steel construction provides the strength required for aggressive trail riding, racing, rock crawling, and vehicles equipped with larger tires or upgraded suspension components.

Important Fitment Note:

This will only fit with an aftermarket 5/8 inch heim used as an outer rod end to an OE style tapered knuckle opening. Will not fit with an OE Tie rod assembly.

• The factory steering-rack boots may require minor modification so they can properly wrap around the clevis-style adapters while continuing to protect the steering rack from dirt, water, and debris.
• Carefully trim or modify only the necessary portion of the boot. The boot should remain securely positioned around the adapter after installation.
• The correct hardware configuration can vary between vehicle models and production years. Always verify the factory steering-rack thread and adapter style before installation.
• Professional installation and a complete steering-alignment inspection are recommended.
