The Numbers
Straight from the factory, the Ford Ranger Raptor boasts a rating of 418 horsepower. On our dyno, we recorded a maximum stock wheel horsepower output of 325 hp. However, after integrating our TruControl by Stillen Inline Power Module, the dynamometer revealed a significant increase, with a peak horsepower output of 350 horsepower at the wheels.

Notably, the most substantial gains were observed towards the top end, with an impressive boost of 25 wheel horsepower. This results in an overall enhancement of more than 30 horsepower at the flywheel. With 4wd drivetrain loss calculated, this translates to a total peak engine output of nearly 450 horsepower.

In terms of torque increases, our TruControl truly excels. The stock dyno indicated a maximum torque of 450 ft lbs. Yet, with the TruControl by Stillen Inline Power Module in place, our test Ranger showcased a remarkable increase, delivering 495 ft. lbs of torque. The most significant surge over stock figures occurred towards the lower RPM range, with an additional 45 ft lbs recorded at the wheels and over 500 ft lbs at the flywheel!

These enhancements provide substantial advantages, especially for off-roading and obstacle clearing. With increased low-end torque, navigating tough terrain becomes notably easier, offering improved traction and responsiveness.

Easy to Use
With the engine on or with the key on, you can go through and (Minus/Plus) select which calibration you want to run at any point in time. You can use the Tuning: Pro App which also controls and resets all calibrations based on what you input in the application.
